My favourite way to stretch the pec minor This is a stretch I learnt from @paul.chek from the @chekinstitute to stretch the pec tissue. The pec minor is usually what’s short and tight when you see an anteriorly tipped scapula. Unlike the pec major, it isn’t an internal rotator but it is a protractor.
