She desperately wanted to lose an extra 50 lbs, especially since an unfortunate accident left her needing possible knee surgery if she couldn't take more weight off her joints. So, how did she lose the weight? Two words - Calorie Density. All she did was swap out the more calorically dense plant foods (nuts, seeds, avocados) with less calorie-dense ones (rice, potatoes, fruit, non-starchy vegetables).
