My allocated SQL Server space is 400MB; however, the DB regular goes beyond that (650MB most recently) and I need to connect to the server using Studio and do a manual shrink on the database.

I have found some information online that says I need to use SQL server to shrink this file. I did not have SQL server installed on the server.
