JavaScript installation issues on modern stack (Ubuntu/NodeJS)

The testing stand is Ubuntu 24.04.1 with NodeJS v22.12.0. Both are up-to-date LTS versions. Running installation script sticks on the UI building step. Installing kontext... npm warn deprecated rimraf ...
