Trick that lets you open a new tab in Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Opera browsers and use it as a text editor to type just like you would do in a Notepad in Windows.

Windows 10 only allows either the browser broker or a Windows Store app (which explicitly manifests .URL support, no such thing exists) to handle it using that UI.
