Konami did not provide any details on why the last-gen and PC versions of PES 2017 will be $20 cheaper. We have followed up with the publisher in an attempt to get more details.

Konami has released a second free Data Pack for PES 2017, and while we get a few new things on PC, most of the additions are exclusive to consoles.
