You can cancel an Apple Arcade subscription from any device that offers the service, such as an iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, or Mac.
You can easily reactivate and cancel subscriptions on an iPhone in Settings, as long as you signed up for those subscriptions through your Apple ID.
